  Sales Engineers (REF-101)  
  The ideal candidate will have a min of 1-2 year sales experience in the IT industry. Should have a good understanding of what constitutes an IT solution and how to present it to the customer. The candidate will have a good command of the English language and demonstrate the ability to use standard office tools (Word, PowerPoint, etc).  We are seeking dynamic people, who are customer oriented and eager to deliver on quotas. This is a rewarding career which may require some travel but offers generous bonuses.  
     
  Systems Analyst (REF-201)  
  The ideal candidate will come from a software development or systems analysis background with 1-2 years experience in a similar position and will demonstrate a high level of accuracy and precision in work. Strong analysis and documentation skills are necessary. The ability to produce high level analysis documents in conformance with common development methodologies (e.g. UML) is a must. You will have a strong command of the English language, the ability to understand and clearly document customer requirements and interpret them to analysis/design documents to be used by the technical team.  
     
  Snr QA Analyst (REF-301)  
  This position reports into the QA manager and will be required to define testing measures for various applications and the associated success criteria. Past experience in a QA environment which demonstrates your ability to develop test procedures, plans, scripts etc will be highly regarded. Any exposure to international standards such as ISO or SCMM is desirable. The candidate should demonstrate familiarity with some of the following technologies SQL, HTML, JAVA and .NET. A good command of the English language is required.  
     
  Senior .NET developers (REF-403/404)  
  This position is for technically skilled personnel with experience in designing and developing web applications using the .NET technology, specifically: C#, XML, Web Services, SOAP, and XSL. Previous experience in developing OO multi-tiered applications will be highly regarded. Candidates should be graduates of Computer Science or Engineering and have had past development experience.  
  Candidates should be capable of adopting best design practices which include internationalization, unified logging, exception handling and proper and reusable object encapsulation, etc.  
     
  Project Manager (REF-501)  
  The ideal candidate should have a min of 3-4 yrs project management experience in the software domain. Must be fluent in written and spoken English and demonstrate a customer oriented personality. A track record of successful project deliveries will be highly regarded. The ability to manage multiple projects at the same time and ensure adherence to timelines is essential. Other requirements include:  
  :: Experience in development methodologies and Technologies (MS / JAVA)  
:: Manage customer expectation
:: Develop and maintain Project Schedule/Project Plans
:: Capable of aligning project path to budget and timelines
:: Have strong presentation skills
:: Strong documentation skills (project plan, progress reports, project
meetings and minutes of meetings)
