The ideal candidate will have a min of 1-2 year sales experience in the IT industry. Should have a good understanding of what constitutes an IT solution and how to present it to the customer. The candidate will have a good command of the English language and demonstrate the ability to use standard office tools (Word, PowerPoint, etc). Systems Analyst (REF-201) |

The ideal candidate will come from a software development or systems analysis background with 1-2 years experience in a similar position and will demonstrate a high level of accuracy and precision in work. Strong analysis and documentation skills are necessary. The ability to produce high level analysis documents in conformance with common development methodologies (e.g. UML) is a must. You will have a strong command of the English language, the ability to understand and clearly document customer requirements and interpret them to analysis/design documents to be used by the technical team. |

Snr QA Analyst (REF-301) |

This position reports into the QA manager and will be required to define testing measures for various applications and the associated success criteria. Past experience in a QA environment which demonstrates your ability to develop test procedures, plans, scripts etc will be highly regarded. Any exposure to international standards such as ISO or SCMM is desirable. The candidate should demonstrate familiarity with some of the following technologies SQL, HTML, JAVA and .NET. A good command of the English language is required. |

Senior .NET developers (REF-403/404) |

This position is for technically skilled personnel with experience in designing and developing web applications using the .NET technology, specifically: C#, XML, Web Services, SOAP, and XSL. Previous experience in developing OO multi-tiered applications will be highly regarded. Candidates should be graduates of Computer Science or Engineering and have had past development experience. |
